Publisher Description
At the heart of Biosay is the belief that we are a product of our biology, our environment, our relationships, and our community. Combining evidence-based cognitive and behavioral techniques with mindfulness strategies, Biosay has been designed to help you develop greater awareness of how your emotions, thoughts, and environment affect you. By measuring your Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data in combination with self-reported details, Biosay's unique algorithm visualizes your physical stress and relaxation, energetic, and emotional state in real-time. The visual simplicity of a ‘Bioji™’ (Biometric-Emoji), helps you develop insights to better manage your wellbeing. With a vision to build a thriving wellness community, Biosay invites you to rate activities, places, media, brands and services, and share and recommend experiences that positively affect your world.
FEATURES
MEASURE STRESS: Combining the latest research in Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and smartphone technology, Biosay’s proprietary algorithm records your pulse and HRV using the iPhone camera. No heart rate monitor is required.
WELLBEING VIZUALISED: Each time you take a reading, a unique Biometric-Emoji called a ‘Bioji™’ is generated. Combining heart rate data with a self-reported emotional value, the Bioji’s rings, color, movement and particle noise reflect a score about your physical stress/relaxation, energy levels and emotional state.
TRACK TO UNDERSTAND: A wealth of insights are held in your data. Biosay securely stores your digital biometric and self-reported emotional, environmental and lifestyle data, in an easy to access, track and manage BioRecord. Data can be viewed by calendar, map and graph view, and metabolic, activity, place, media and social information.
SHARE & RECOMMEND: Biosay believes in crowdsourcing wellness recommendations. Support and benefit your friends and community by sharing the places, venues, media, brands and experiences that positively contribute to your wellbeing.
PLACES TO GO: Use the map view to find positive experiences in your location.
AUGMENTED REALITY: Use the Augmented Reality view to find Bioji recommendations in your proximity.
PRIVACY & SECURITY: Biosay is dedicated to providing a supportive and encouraging experience and is committed to user privacy and data security. For more information, please read our app privacy policy: https://biosay.com/app-privacy-policy/
